Interior Design &
Project Coordination

A vibrant bakery and takeaway concept where bagels are rolled by hand, and where craft, warmth, and community define the everyday experience.

The interior language grew from Yeastie Bestie, the “guardian of the yeast”, a playful character drawn by the founder’s daughter during the early days of the project, when baking was still a personal hobby. The illustration became the conceptual anchor for the space.

Details throughout the interior reference the craft of baking. The lights above the counter echo the movement and manipulation of dough, while tiled surfaces introduce a retro and expressive character, allowing playful compositions, patterns, and words to emerge.

The process extended beyond spatial design into coordination across multiple disciplines, from hygiene permits and construction to carpentry works and brand implementation.
